Managed Print Solution with Kyocera

We have been working with a long standing customer of Jungle IT on a number projects to future proof their business from an IT prospective. One of the areas that has been a real headache for the them is print, with the main issues being around reliability, cost control, service and support.
Working in partnership with our preferred supplier, Kyocera Document Solutions, as Head of Print I arranged for a site visit to Kyocera’s Technology Suite in Manchester. Here, Jungle IT and Kyocera was able to not only show the capabilities, quality and reliability of the hardware, but also demonstrate print management software that would provide the customer with print policies and accountability fulfilling a major requirement.
With service and support being another big driver for change, Kyocera were more than happy to have on site the Regional Service Manager, Darren Bridgeman, to explain in full the service procedure, SLA’s, escalation process and answer any questions the customer had to ask. In addition to this, Kyocera and Jungle IT presented information explaining the on-going account management process, providing examples of MI they would receive on a quarterly basis for the term of the agreement.
Overall, the team left Kyocera’s Technology Suite after a successful day. Feedback from our customer was that it had been extremely beneficial which has left them feeling much more confident about moving over to Jungle IT. A great thank you to the team at Kyocera for arranging the day and providing an excellent service leaving both Jungle and our customer happy.
