2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer - O365, Windows 10 - £28k + Benefits - Halifax


Jungle IT is in a period of growth and we are looking to hire a 2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer to add to the existing team. In this role you will support a wide range of clients, ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered. You'll provide support via telephone and email so solid skills in these areas are essential. You'll support Windows 10 and O365 as well as setting up VPNs, administering Anti-Virus and troubleshooting any application issues customers may have.


As the 2nd Line helpdesk Engineer, you must have fantastic customer service skills. Ideally, you'll have wide technical experience but have strong skills in Windows 10, O365, Anti-Virus and application troubleshooting (Teams, Outlook, Office) etc.
