Jonathan founded Jungle IT in 2004. Having worked in tech for most of his life, Jonathan’s passion for delivering an exceptional experience to customers throughout their journey with Jungle IT was born. Jonathan defines what it means to be a leader. By embracing his passion, he has instilled a culture of a like-minded and equally passionate team to deliver the values of Jungle IT to customers. For the past 15 years Jonathan has been managing and directing the vision and the voice of Jungle IT.

Alex has been a part of the Jungle IT team since it started in 2004 and her journey with the business has enabled her to develop and drive the importance of client partnership. Forging strong relationships based on honesty and transparency means she can understand an organisation's key business and IT objectives. Built on this solid foundation, she loves to challenge; consistently seeking to improve and innovate our clients through the appropriate use of technology.

Rich has over 25 years of experience working in the IT industry. He is highly skilled and through his experience within the technology sector, a trusted professional. In his role, Rich defines and enables Jungle IT’s strategy by delivering exceptional service and experience to customers and employees. He has been invaluable in directing the operational aspects of Jungle IT and plays a pivotal role in driving rapid and consistent improvements throughout the business.

Jackie joined Jungle IT in 2017 as Finance Director, her industry wide experience led her to support and drive forward the growth of the business.  Her responsibilities to manage the company’s finances, including financial planning, management of financial risk, reporting and insight into our progress year on year to drive our growth and strategy.  Attention to detail and overseeing her team to ensure a productive and efficient process is paramount to delivering our great customer service. 

Jon joined Jungle IT at Chairman 5 years ago, he brings a wealth of credibility and experience in our sector.  His career in IT began at ISA Int PLC in the 1980s, from there he continued his insight into IT working at QC Supplies which became a leading pan European multichannel transactional, contractual and fulfilment business.  With a clear direction to support and infuse his experience and insight into Jungle IT with a drive to see the successful journey continue to grow and be the provider of choice for IT solutions. 

With over 20 years’ experience in IT, Paul brings so much to the Jungle IT team today. His passion and knowledge to understand and deliver programme management, based on his industry insight into the latest tech and managed services from service delivery, cloud services, digital transformation.  Outstanding service begins with understanding the customers needs and Paul leads the way on developing lasting partnerships. 

Joined Jungle IT in 2019 as Chief Technology Officer, clear directive to demonstrate vision and clarity around digital transformation for a variety of business models. Today’s landscape is changing and needing to be one step ahead is now what businesses should focus on – develop a strategic landscape for their IT and system. David brings along insight and product understanding that not only embraces change, but it delivers economies of scale and ensures your IT infrastructure is future proof.

Helping businesses improve their technology and find solutions that are right for them, Matt has worked with an ever-expanding range of applications over the last 30 years. He has a real passion for Automation, AI, and how technology can make life simpler, especially around employee engagement, governance, and compliance.

Laura is our in-house expert and resource for our employees and clients, actively working as a Data Protection Officer and supporting with audits, compliance, and training. As an ex-service woman, drone pilot, and telecommunications specialist for the British Army, she has a wealth of experience managing regulations and sensitive data.

She aims to ensure key stakeholders understand the role we all have to play in keeping ourselves and each other safe in this ever-evolving industry.

Since joining Jungle IT 6 years ago, Paddy has held many integral roles at Jungle IT and has helped lead the company through many phases of growth. His responsibilities involve delivering technical consultancy and pre-sales activities on areas such as Microsoft licensing, account management, running webinars and delivering excellent service to customers. Paddy’s degree in Russian Studies has equipped him with the skills to deliver excellent written and verbal communication to clients and other account managers. His inter-personal skills, results-driven attitude and technical expertise are key in contributing to the success of Jungle IT.

Derrick is key to our service standards, he is responsible for helping clients install, repair, and maintain equipment. Jungle IT strive to ensure all customers maximise use of their devices and in doing this we support and educate them from day 1 and throughout the device lifecycle. Based in our Halifax office where our build room is situated so that hands on repairs can be facilitated.
