Putting Quality First with ISO 9001:2015 Certification

Our processes have been formalised and our Quality Management System (QMS) has been updated to reflect the changing business environment.

Utilising our Continual Service Improvement (CSI) programme, we have updated our approach to how we interact with customers across all parts of the business. 

Working with the BSI, we have completed assessment of our QMS and are delighted to announce we have been awarded ISO 9001:2015 certification.  
 
Our ‘Quality First’ approach enables us to work with customers to drive technological change and to prepare with confidence for the future.

Richard Knight, Operations Director, said that ‘all of our staff have put a tremendous amount of effort into our Quality Management System to make sure everything we do focusses on improving our service to our customers. Gaining ISO 9001:2015 certification is testament to our sheer determination to be delivering the highest standards’.
